RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Healion, we aim to provide high-quality health and beauty products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


1. RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CUSTOMERS)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required


3. HYGIENE & HEALTH PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Skincare or personal care items that have been unsealed

  • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

This is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.


4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Photos or videos as proof

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


5. NON-DELIVERY

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • We will investigate with the carrier

If the item is confirmed lost:

  • You will receive a replacement or full refund


6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service


7. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Processing times may vary


9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.

Due to our fast fulfillment system:

  • Orders are processed quickly after purchase
