SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Healion. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended


2. SHIPPING TIMES

As a dropshipping business, we work with international suppliers to bring you high-quality products.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues


3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotions

  • Standard shipping rates (if applicable) are calculated at checkout


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A tracking number

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the system.


5. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items:

  • They may be shipped separately

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

This allows faster delivery of each item.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For UK orders:

  • Most orders will not incur additional charges

For international orders:

  • Customs duties or taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer


7. DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

However, we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee reshipment or refund


9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the courier first

  • Then contact us at contact@healionwellness.com

We will assist, but we are not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
